And then, more recently, I returned.
This time, under very different circumstances.
A retreat I had poured my heart into—something I deeply believed in—fell apart.
And yet, I had already made commitments.
So, I went.
I wasn’t excited.
I wasn’t inspired.
And honestly, I was unsure what I was even walking into.
I spent time in Florence and returned to Spello—places that had once felt full of possibility.
But this time, I experienced them differently.
Slower.
Quieter.
More honestly.
I journaled.
I began writing my book.
I let myself feel the disappointment and the grief of what handn’t worked out.
And then something unexpected happened.
I met a couple in Spello, and we spent time hiking and exploring nearby towns together—simple moments that reminded me how connection can show up when you least expect it.
It wasn’t the trip I had planned at all.
But it became the trip I needed.
By the time I came home, I felt something shift.
Not because everything was “fixed”
but because I wasn’t the same woman who had arrived.
I felt stronger.
Clearer.
More grounded in who I was and what I wanted next.
Major life transitions don’t just change your circumstances.
They change your identity.
And the hardest question isn’t “What happened?”
It’s:
“Who am I now… and what do I do with the rest of my life?”
That’s the space I help women navigate.
Today, I work with women over 50 who feel like they’re standing at a crossroads—unsure who they are now or what comes next.
Women who have been through something significant…
and know they’re ready for more, even if they can’t quite name what it looks like yet.
Together, we create space for you to step out of your everyday life—
to think, to feel, to reflect… and to begin reconnecting with yourself.
Sometimes that involves travel.
Sometimes it starts much closer to home.
But always, it’s about helping you move forward with more clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.
And one important thing to know…
intentional travel doesn’t have to mean going far.
It can be a different country—or the next town over.
What matters is stepping out of your everyday routine and into a space where you can hear yourself again.
This isn’t about having the perfect trip.
It’s about being willing to meet yourself whereever you are—
even in the middle of disappointment, uncertainty, or change.
Because that’s often where the real transformation begins.
Before this chapter of my life, I spent 28 years as a psychotherapist.
Today, I bring that depth—along with my background in psychotherapy, money coaching, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—into everything I do.
But more than anything…
I bring lived experience.
I know what it’s like to feel lost.
To question everything.
To wonder if it’s too late.
It’s not.
If you’re feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from who you are now…
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
